Returns

Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused or damaged products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products are in their original packaging and condition.

Derma Devices, Equipment, and Aesthetic Laser Machines: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all derma devices, equipment, and aesthetic laser machines are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund
will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 Business days.
How to Return a Product

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Warranty
Devices Over ₹10,000: All devices purchased for more than ₹10,000 come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Non-Refundable Items

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
